After downloading the APSPDCL mobile app, need to create an account to pay your electricity bill or file a complaints, all queries related to electricity board. After the completion of the registration process, One has to sign in by given mail id, 13-digit electricity service number, can be found in the electricity card or service box for paying electricity bills.
The app provides more information to view, pay electricity bills through mobile, get bill reminders, get power supply position in their area, analyse consumption patterns over the last one year, get the payment history of previous transactions, updates on complaints and feedback. APSPDCL headquarters located in Tirupati, has over 8.5 million consumers across eight districts, Guntur, Kadapa, Nellore, Ongole,Tirupati, Vijayawada, Anantapur & Kurnool in the Southern State of Andhra Pradesh
